Definition:

GATT
Definition:
Known formally as the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, GATT refers both to an international organization headquartered at Geneva, Switzerland, as well as the 1947 agreement that gave birth to the organization.
U.S. International Trade Commission
Definition:
The U.S. International Trade Commission is an independent, nonpartisan, quasi-judicial federal agency with a twofold mission: to provide advice and information on international trade and competitiveness issues to the President, the U.S. Trade Representative, and Congress; and to direct actions against certain unfair trade practices (e.g. patent, trademark, and copyright infringement).
Interference
Definition:
A proceeding, conducted before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (Board), to determine priority of invention between a pending application and one or more pending applications and/or one or more unexpired patents.
